Your business is not changing if you do not change! Far too often attention is only on the output and team members think that it is always up to others to change themselves. Then nothing changes in reality!
This is true at any level from leadership teams to grassroots level teams. Even leaders can start acting like their meeting room would be an old fashioned assembly line where only routine tasks are done.
The more there is need for business changes the more stressful the situation becomes for you because you cannot respond to real needs that require bigger changes. Negative circle begins and typically ends up in a catastrophe.
After such experiences a change becomes a threat!
First you have to learn how to reinvent yourself and what happens in that process. As everyone in a team learns first individually the basics of it you don’t get stuck to an efficiency loop but are more comfortable in going to next levels in deep changes and reinvention process.
In reinvention I am following Dr Nadya Zhexembayeva´s path-breaking and tested method that combines elements from different disciplines and includes practical tools on how to reach better reinvention and business changes. What is unique that those same tools can often be used both on individual and team or organizational level.
