Radical Change

Radical changes have both the biggest potential for success and also highest risks. In radical business change and respective development you need to be ready for unexpected. It means that you have to plan the process as an innovation process. The outcome are unique business models.

Moderate Business Change

In moderate business change and respective development you know your development target on a business model level. You make a change to a new business model like from product based model to a service model. In such cases general requirements of a new model are known.

Incremental Business Change

In incremental business change and respective development only some elements (typically customer or products/services) of a business change but the structure and process of a business remains the same.

Key challenge: How to make sure that no more than incremental changes are needed for your targets?
