Background of Current Services
A turning point on the way to current services was a Nokia led collaboration programme in 2010. It became then quite obvious that new business development in b-to-b business area was not well developed from process and method point of view.
Jarmo started to provide support for different actors in new business development projects focusing especially on process and method issues. The starting point was those findings and insights that have been made by founders and method influencers within the start up movement.
From a perspective of already operating companies there was an apparent need to reconsider many new business development issues. New XBiz method is an attempt to give solutions to some of the key challenges that were met in development projects.
It also became evident that start ups and biggest corporations have received most attention but needs of small to mid-sized companies and business units of corporations have received little attention. To ensure a sustainable business success a growing number of such companies need to have better capabilities and resources in new business development.
JaMaSer continues to develop and provide services that raise its clients capabilities in new business development laying foundation for their sustained business success.
