Start Phases

A. Your leaders become familiar with the topic by taking Change Up for Leaders online course. Based on that and following discussions they decide that there is a need for business change development in your company or organization.

B. Selection of a business change case. If possible you choose a case that is challenging but not critical so that you have also room to learn of the new development approach.

C. Your potential team members take Basics of Change Up course and in the following discussions their interests and possibilities to join a Change Up team are discussed.

D. Change Up team is selected and in collaboration with your team members a preliminary outline for development process is crafted and instructions are given to key tasks during the development.

E. Project work starts and I will provide backing in selected ways during the development. As the development proceeds ability to make changes to preliminary plan is preserved.

F. After the project a feedback meeting is arranged to learn of the project and its work and to decide of improvements and ways to further improve your business change development.
